Safety-at-Sea Training & Drill Conductor Course

The Fishing Partnership Support Services is pleased to offer a FREE Basic Safety-at-Sea Training course for commercial fishermen on April 16th from 7:30-3pm. Drill Conductor Training for Vessel Captains operating beyond 3 miles will be offered for FREE all day on April 17th. Coast Guard Certified Fishing Vessel Safety Instructors conduct day-long trainings in these vital areas: Man-Overboard Procedures Fire Fighting Survival Suits Flooding & Pump Operation Flares & EPIRBS Life Raft Equipment Helicopter Hoist Procedures Basic First Aid
